In-person inspections: Hypnotic Creations Inc., 2222 Losee Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 • (702) 994-6615 • Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Mobile inspections: $25, subject to service-area and appointment availability. We will contact you to arrange your selected inspection. Vehicle condition is verified by our inspector, not customer-uploaded photos.

No payment is collected by this form. We will contact you to arrange your inspection and explain the next steps. After vehicle approval, choose the 90-day waiting period or pay three monthly payments upfront (Standard $147, Plus $207, Premium $267). Recurring membership payments are by ACH from a checking or savings account.
