What is LaborFree AutoBody?+
LaborFree AutoBody is a monthly body-repair membership. Standard includes up to 12 hours, Plus up to 20 hours, and Premium up to 30 hours of eligible repair labor per membership year. Members pay for parts, paint, materials and any excluded services. Qualifying repairs are handled by Hypnotic Creations Inc.
Is this auto insurance?+
It is intended as a repair membership, not liability insurance and not a substitute for legally required coverage. Final program classification, terms and availability are subject to applicable Nevada law.
Do I have to cancel collision coverage?+
No. We do not recommend cancelling insurance coverage. Some members may use LaborFree AutoBody for eligible repairs while keeping collision coverage for larger losses or situations the membership does not cover.
What do I pay when my car is repaired?+
For an approved eligible repair, available included labor hours are applied first. You pay for parts, paint, materials, taxes and excluded services. If you use all your included hours, additional eligible labor is charged at the member rate of $45/hour.
Are Teslas eligible?+
No. Tesla vehicles are not eligible for this membership. Other electric vehicles may require individual eligibility review.
When does my membership become eligible for repairs?+
You can wait 90 days, with repair eligibility beginning on day 91 after vehicle approval and satisfaction of the membership requirements. Alternatively, pay the first three monthly payments upfront—Standard $147, Plus $207 or Premium $267. Once your vehicle is approved and those payments are received, repair eligibility can begin that same day. Ongoing payments must be recurring ACH from a checking or savings account. Pre-existing damage is not eligible.
How is my vehicle inspected?+
Your vehicle must be approved before repair eligibility begins. Choose a complimentary in-person inspection at Hypnotic Creations or a mobile inspection at your location for $25. We verify the VIN and plate and document existing vehicle condition and pre-existing damage.
Do you provide a loaner car?+
No. None of the current plans include a loaner car. This keeps monthly pricing focused on the bodywork labor benefit.
What is not covered?+
Common exclusions include Tesla vehicles, pre-existing damage, parts, paint, materials, glass, mechanical repairs, towing, rental vehicles, total-loss value, injury/liability claims, and electronics or ADAS calibration unless specifically included in the final membership agreement.
Can Uber, Lyft or delivery drivers join?+
Potentially, yes. High-mileage or rideshare use may require a specific add-on, different pricing or additional eligibility review because repair frequency can differ from ordinary personal use.
What if I use all my included labor hours?+
Your plan includes up to 12, 20 or 30 hours of eligible repair labor per membership year. After those hours are used, additional eligible labor is charged at $45/hour instead of the illustrative $65/hour non-member rate. You still pay for parts, paint, materials and other applicable charges.
Who performs the repairs?+
Eligible repairs are routed to Hypnotic Creations Inc., the auto body shop offering this membership at 2222 Losee Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. Call (702) 994-6615 to coordinate an inspection or repair.
Do I have to use OEM parts?+
We can discuss available aftermarket or OEM parts options when preparing a repair estimate. Parts availability, suitability and pricing depend on the vehicle and repair; members pay for the selected parts, paint and materials.
What is the 12-month signup offer?+
A 12-month Standard, Plus or Premium membership includes a complimentary Buff & Wax, advertised at up to $299 in value, subject to offer terms and scheduling.
What are Hypnotic Creations' hours?+
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The shop is closed Saturday and Sunday. Call (702) 994-6615 before visiting for an inspection.
