Eligibility verification, fraud prevention, membership administration, repair coordination, billing support and customer communications.
These records establish vehicle condition at enrollment and help identify pre-existing damage. They should be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel at Hypnotic Creations Inc. and service providers as needed to administer the membership.
Membership payments are made by recurring ACH from a checking or savings account. Payment information should be processed securely by the designated payment provider. LaborFree AutoBody should not store full bank account credentials on its own server.
